Jeremiah’s message was not popular with the people and he spent most of his days running for his life.  As we uphold the Word of God as faithful and true today, we may often face persecution and ridicule from the unbelieving world.  We are encouraged to to stand firm because the Word of the Lord endures forever and our God will give us the victory in Christ Jesus!
